Anyone else feel the January pressure this year? January tends to be a high pressure month for many people with this high expectation of setting a "resolution", goals, and sticking to them. Life gets in the way many times and we tend to fall short on those resolutions and goals. Then we tend to feel bad for ourselves and the spiral gets out of control. Well that's what the February Fitness Challenge is all about - to regather and build our strength and well-being by kickstarting those health and fitness goals into gear.
Join me for the February Love of Fitness Challenge for a 14-day strength-building, confidence boosting, and that feel good feeling. We will work through a series of exercises that will build our strength, stability, and power by targeting different muscle groups each day. Each day will consist of 4 exercises, 2 circuits, plus a bonus finisher! Each week will include a focus on either full-body, upper body, lower body, cardio, or core. Each day will be different exercises to make it fun and impactful. Modifications will be included as well.
